PRE-EDITOR
Qualification - Diploma or Graduate in any stream of Science / Arts.
JOB PROFILE
- Excellent skills in MS Word
- Design for eBook using HTML, CSS, XML coding. Typing speed - 40-50 wpm
- Structuring the input file and delivering the required output ensuring the highest quality
- Proofreading capabilities
- Parsing and Validation
- Knowledge of TeX is an added advantage
- Must have good knowledge of English, Scientific and Math terms

Qualification - Diploma or Graduate in any stream of Science / Arts.
JOB PROFILE
- Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- Knowledge in press files preparations
- Strong colour-matching skills
- Strong analytical and redrawing skills
- Keen eye for pointing out corrections
- Develop rough sketches of the required graphics by gathering necessary information
- Develop high-quality illustrations and artwork from scratch
- Capability to re-purpose the given image to produce high quality graphics after making the necessary corrections
- Use your creativity to develop new ideas and concepts
- Work as part of the design team with other developers to create appropriate graphic elements depending on client requirements

- Experience in Copyediting of STM Journals / Books, with high emphasis on quality
- Should have good communication skill in English

- Responsible for checking the style of the content with the given style sheets
- Checking for appropriate Punctuation, Capitalization and Spelling
